Slight relaxed fit through the chest and shoulders — built for layering, not skin-tight. Most people order their usual size. Our model is 6'1" / 80kg wearing M. If you're between sizes, size down for fitted, up for relaxed.
4–7 business days for AU, US, UK, NZ, EU. Tracked from dispatch. We print every tee fresh when you order, so add 1–2 days of production time to that. Free shipping on orders over $120 (which means every pack from the 3-pack tier up).
30 days to decide. 100 days to wear-test. Within 30 days you can return for any reason — refund of product cost less a flat $8 processing fee. Beyond 30 days, three options:
1. Size exchange — send to our nearest warehouse (US, AU, or UK). You cover return shipping, we ship the replacement free. No processing fee.
2. Keep it, take 70% store credit — no return needed, no shipping hassle, no fee. Available once per year on orders $80+, applies to full-price items.
3. Full refund — within 30 days for any reason ($8 processing fee deducted), beyond 30 days for quality or defect issues (no fee). Customer covers return shipping in change-of-mind cases. Processed within 3 business days of receipt.
The $8 processing fee covers warehouse handling and inspection costs. It does not apply to defective products, items shipped in error, or quality issues — those are fully covered by us. Excludes final-sale items and orders with promotional codes over 20% off. Bundle and pack pricing remains fully covered.
