Thank you for supporting Vibes Over Logos LLC. Every piece we make is designed with intention and printed in small batches to reduce waste.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Every Vibes Over Logos piece is printed in small batches once your order is placed — this helps us reduce overproduction and maintain high quality.
We aim to have all orders delivered within 5–8 business days from the date of purchase. This total timeframe includes both production time (printing and packing) and shipping transit time.
During peak periods such as new product launches, holidays, or BFCM, delivery may take slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Carrier delays, customs inspections, and local holidays may occasionally extend delivery beyond the target window.

Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear, especially for international shipments that begin with consolidated tracking before local injection (e.g. Yunexpress → Australia Post).
For orders shipped outside the United States:
Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, any return shipping and import fees will be deducted from your refund.
To ensure faster delivery and efficient inventory management, your order may be split into multiple shipments.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number and may arrive at different times.
We do our best to ensure every order arrives on time, but please note:
Vibes Over Logos LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur re-shipping fees.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us.
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the courier, Vibes Over Logos (VOL) is no longer responsible for the handling of the shipment.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent once your order leaves our warehouse. The courier is responsible for all updates after the item has been accepted into their system.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
Please check:
Your mailbox
Your front door/porch
Your building mail room or package hub
With neighbors, family, or roommates
With building management or security
If the package is still not found, please contact the carrier (e.g. USPS, Australia Post, etc) directly and file a report.
Because the courier has marked the order as delivered, VOL is not responsible for refunding or replacing the order. Responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient and USPS once the parcel is marked delivered.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly provided address. Please double-check your details at checkout.
Packages stolen after delivery or misdelivered by USPS fall under the responsibility of the courier and/or the recipient’s local authorities. VOL cannot issue refunds or replacements for stolen packages.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method.
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders (thresholds displayed at checkout).
If your order qualified for free shipping but is later returned for non-fault reasons, the original outbound shipping cost cannot be included in your refund.
Every Vibes Over Logos garment is made to order in small batches - a slower, more responsible approach that reduces waste and overproduction.
