We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display is completely accurate.

Because each garment is printed in small batches to reduce waste, minor variations may occur and do not constitute defects.
Please note: as each garment is made to order, total delivery time averages 7–12 business days from the date of purchase.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total order amount, including shipping, taxes, and duties (if applicable).

Promotional codes or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order represents an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if:

  • the product is unavailable;

  • there are pricing or typographical errors; or

  • fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Shipping

We aim to have all orders delivered within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase.
This timeframe includes both production (printing + packing) and shipping transit.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or seasonal demand.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

Customs duties, import taxes, or VAT for international orders (including Australia and New Zealand) are the responsibility of the customer.
If an order is refused or returned to sender due to unpaid duties, incorrect address, or failed delivery, any associated shipping and duty costs may be deducted from your refund.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

By purchasing from us, you agree to the conditions set out in that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under:

  • New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA); and

  • Applicable U.S. federal and state consumer laws.

If a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by local law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, except where mandatory consumer protections apply under the laws of Australia or New Zealand.
For disputes not subject to statutory protections, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Travis County, Texas.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time for breach of these Terms.
All obligations incurred before termination—including payment obligations and indemnities—shall survive termination.

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
